一．专业委员会简介

中国未来研究会社区发展专业委员会【The Community Development Branch of CSFS，简称CSFS-CDB】是2019年8月4日经中国未来研究会批准，在中华人民共和国国家民政部和中国科学技术协会备案，依法成立的全国性从事社区发展创新理论研究与科学实践的二级社会团体。

中国未来研究会社区发展专业委员会将汇聚并链接政、产、学、研、金、服、用等多方资源，结合中国社区发展中的现实问题和全球社区发展趋势开展前沿研究与深度交流，成为社区发展理论研究、学术交流、政策咨询和社区服务的高水平学术平台，推进未来社区发展创新体系建设，加快区域经济创新发展，提升社区企业自主创新能力。

业务范围：理论研究、学术交流、 咨询服务、业务培训、书刊编辑、社区服务、国际合作、专业展览、公益宣讲、志愿者服务等。

工作内容：1、发展会员：个人会员、团体会员；2、共建社区发展智库：团结社区发展各类高级人才；3、组织科学研究：组织相关课题立项研究；4、组织学术活动：合作开展专题论坛/研讨会/峰会；5、开展产学研金服用有效互动：开展成果评价、供需对接、投融合作；6、社区发展大联盟：建立未来社区示范基地、实践（实验）基地；7、开展专业培训：组织社区发展专门人才技能培训；8、开展编辑出版服务：编辑出版系列未来社区科普书籍。

     中国未来研究会是1979年1月16日在北京成立的,经中国国家民政部批准（社证字第4067号）、 中国科协主管的社团法人。拥有6800余名个人会员、5个专门工作委员会、10个专业委员会/分会、22个团体会员单位。
    中国未来研究会是1979年由国家科委、中国科协、中国科学院、北京大学、清华大学、中国科技大学、中国人民大学、北京师范大学、光明日报社等单位发起成立的。成立伊始著名专家学者钱学森、于光远、童大林、茅以升、汪道涵、聂壁初、于若木、李宝恒、蒋顺学、江泽宽等先后担任学会顾问。

The Chinese Society for Futures Studies(CSFS)

   The Chinese Society for Futures Studies (CSFS) founded on January 16,1979, is a corporation aggregate at national level examined and approved by the Ministry of Civil Administration of The People’s Republic of China (Social group registration certificate No.4067, issued by the Ministry of Civil Administration, PRC), and a nation-wide academic social group established according to law and engaged in futures research.

    CSFS is a component group of China association of Science and Technology (CAST), and an affiliate society under the direct leadership of CAST.

  CSFS is also an institutional member of The World Futures Studies Federation (WFSF), a global futures studies organization and a B class consulting body to UNESCO.

  The aim of CSFS is to build and develop a system of futures research discipline with China characteristics; to study the development prospects of China and the world; and to unite and organize experts and scholars of all disciplines and all research areas, as well as personage of all walks of life who are enthusiastic in futures studies, to serve China’s construction of modernization and the progressive cause of the globe and the whole mankind.

  The tasks of CSFS are to conduct basic theoretical and applied research in futures studies discipline by combining practical issues of China’s modernization construction and the global development into research ;  to engage in activities of forecast consultation, technology Assessment and decision-making analysis to provide scientific basis for decision-making; to develop the work of personnel training in futures studies and related areas to promote the nurture and growth of qualified personnel for China’s futures studies and forecast research; to edit and publish scholarly books, journals and materials for the promotion and popularization of futures studies; to carry out extensive international academic exchanges and cooperation and to develop the friendly relationship with the international academic institutions concerned.

  After more than 20 years’ development, CSFS has grown into a comprehensive society with 10000 individual members and more than 50 institutional members from natural and social sciences, humanity and all walks of life. many famous scientists and scholars including Qian Xuesen , Mao Yisheng , Wang Daohan , Yu Guangyuan , Tong Dalin ,  Hu Ping , Yu Ruomo , Du Dagong , Li Baohen , Ma Bin etc.were invited or elected as advisors or leaders of CSFS. At present, the main officer of the society include: Ma Bin (president), Qin Linzheng(secretary general / executive vice president).

  CSFS has organized hundreds of meetings, symposia and conferences at domestis and international levels including the 10th world conference of World Futures Studies Federation(WFSF) held in Beijing 1988. The society has completed many research projects for governments at different levels, big and small enterprises, and educational institutions, Among publications of CSFS are many future-oriented books, collections including its official journal 《Future and Development》、《Finding》.
